JMT Establishes Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Base Project with a Renowned Laboratory in Hangzhou

To date, JMT's frontline experimental training bases are located in Hangzhou, Xuzhou, and Changzhou, covering frontline operations and basic practical courses for multiple low to medium-end lithography equipment. JMT also offers online knowledge training courses, one-on-one guidance from frontline masters, semiconductor industry research studies, and comprehensive training courses covering the entire industry chain.

JMT has reached a strategic cooperation with a renowned laboratory in Hangzhou to jointly build an industry-academia-research cooperation base. This base will integrate teaching, practice, and R&D to cultivate high-quality technical talents for the semiconductor industry.

JMT has developed a complete training course system, including theoretical knowledge, practical skills, process optimization, and other aspects to meet the learning needs of trainees at different levels. Courses are taught by industry veterans, combined with practical cases to ensure that trainees can apply what they learn.

Through cooperation with universities and research institutions, JMT not only provides internship and employment opportunities for students but also promotes the transformation and application of scientific research results, driving innovation and development of industrial technology.

JMT plans to expand its training bases to five major semiconductor industry cluster regions across the country in the next three years, establishing a nationwide training network to make greater contributions to talent cultivation for China's semiconductor industry.
